USA Pavilion at the 2011 Taipei Food Show Invites Top Culinary Talents to Demonstrate Great American Food

The Agricultural Trade Office of the American Institute in Taiwan welcomes Taiwan food and agricultural product buyers to visit the USA Pavilion at the 2011 Taipei International Food Show from June 22 to 25 at the World Trade Center Nangang Exhibition Hall. (Address: M 832, No.1, Jingmao 2nd Road, Nangang District, Taipei City)

The USA Pavilion is the largest international pavilion at the 2011 Taipei Show, consisting of 75 booths and showcasing a wide variety of high-quality American food and agricultural products, including meat and poultry products, snack foods, baking ingredients, beverages, condiments and many other new and interesting food items.

On June 23 at 10:30 a.m., the Deputy Director of the American Institute in Taiwan, Eric H. Madison, will join celebrity chefs at the American Kitchen in the USA Pavilion to prepare a pan-fried rib-eye steak crusted with macadamia and anchovy butter garnish with port wine sauce and vegetables. The American Kitchen is located at M 832.
