The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide leased vehicle services. The interested bidder should meet the following qualifications:

1. Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;
2. Be able to demonstrate prior experience with relevant past performance information and references;
3. Have necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work;
4. Have all licenses and permits required by local law;
5. Meet all local insurance requirements;
6. Have at least 5 years of experience in a related field;
7. Have no adverse criminal record;
8. Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of AIT.
