American Institute in Taiwan to Sponsor Exhibition of American English Teaching Materials At American Cultural Center July 26-27, 1999

The Cultural and Information Section of the American Institute in Taiwan, in cooperation with the AIT Commercial Section, will present an exhibition of American English teaching books and materials July 26-27 (Monday and Tuesday) at the American Cultural Center Auditorium. The exhibition will be open from noon to 6 p.m. both days. The American Cultural Center is located at No. 54 Nan Hai, Road, Taipei.

Eighteen U.S. publishers will display and demonstrate English teaching materials suitable for classroom use at different levels and for training of English teachers. A workshop on training of English teachers, audio-visual demonstration, and other activities will be presented during the exhibition.

This program is free of charge and open to the public. English teachers, teacher trainers, and students of English as a foreign language are particularly invited to attend.
