AIT's Non-Immigrant Visa Section Resumes Regular Hours

On July 22, 1997, the Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) Unit of the Travel Services Section of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) will return to its regular hours of operation following an expanded summer schedule. Beginning July 22, non-immigrant applications for visitor visas and student visas can be submitted between 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. In the past two months, approximately 100,000 applicants have benefited from AIT's expanded hours of service.
