New AIT/T Travel Services Section Chief Assumes Post
Ronald A. Harms has assumed his post as Travel Services Section Chief of the American Institute in Taiwan, Taipei.
During his former employment with the Department of State, he served in Washington in the Bureau of European Affairs, and the Bureau of Consular Affairs. He has had Foreign Service postings abroad in Jamaica, Russia, Honduras, Panama and Armenia.
From 1996-1997 he attended AIT's Chinese Language and Area Studies School. Mr. Harms holds a B.A. degree from Michigan State University, a J.D. degree from the University of San Francisco, and a M.A. degree from the National Defense University, War College. He is married and has one child.
