U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Senior Policy Advisor for Water Ellen Gilinsky to Deliver Remarks at the Fourth Ocean and Taiwan Conference

Ellen Gilinsky, Senior Policy Advisor for Water at the Environmental Protection Agency, will visit Taiwan from September 2-4, 2016 to deliver remarks at the Fourth Ocean and Taiwan Conference: Sustainable Oceans and Climate Change, organized by National Taiwan Ocean University and Taiwan Research Foundation. Ms. Gilinsky will also meet with Taiwan officials during her visit.

In her position Dr. Gilinsky addresses policy and technical issues related to all EPA water programs, with an emphasis on science, water quality and state programs. Dr. Gilinsky has twelve years of experience as an environmental consultant at several regional and national environmental engineering firms, focusing on water issues.
