AIT Kaohsiung Branch Office to Unveil "American Water Buffalo" Sculpture November 19

The American Institute in Taiwan Kaohsiung Branch will unveil a new sculpture by artist Hung Yi on November 19, at a reception held in the AIT/K lobby. The sculpture, titled “American Water Buffalo,” showcases the wide spectrum of U.S.-Taiwan engagement. It was commissioned in 2014, shortly after the AIT Kaohsiung Branch Office relocated to its current location at the China Steel Headquarters.
All media representatives are welcome to cover the unveiling ceremony. AIT Deputy Director Robert Forden and AIT Kaohsiung Branch Office Chief Robert DeWitt will co-preside over the ceremony.
