Deputy U.S. Trade Representative Robert Holleyman to Visit Taiwan September 30-October 2

Deputy United States Trade Representative Robert Holleyman will lead an interagency delegation to Taiwan September 30-October 2 for meetings of the U.S.-Taiwan Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA) Council, held under the auspices of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO). The delegation will also participate in related bilateral meetings.

Ambassador Holleyman will be joined in his meetings by officials from USTR and the U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, and Agriculture, as well as officials from AIT. The TIFA is the core mechanism through which the United States and Taiwan explore ways to deepen our economic relationship.
