U.S. Congressional Delegation to Visit Taiwan August 6-8, 2014

A U.S. Congressional delegation, led by Senator Ronald Wyden, (D-OR), Member, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, will visit Taiwan from August 6-8, 2014.  Senator Wyden is also the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, the Chairman of the Joint Committee on Taxation, the Ranking Democrat on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, and a member of the Senate Budget Committee.  While in Taiwan, the Senator will meet with senior Taiwan leaders.

Senator Wyden is visiting Taiwan as part of a larger trip to Asia to discuss regional security issues.
