Following the opening ceremony, Judy Lu, former Acting Chief of the Asian Division at Library of Congress, will make a presentation on “The Birth of the First Republic in Asia as Seen from Diplomatic Documents.”
The opening ceremony will take place on October 6 at 10:00 a.m. and the lecture presentation by Judy Lu will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the library’s conference room on the 2nd floor.
