AIT American Citizen Services Officer to Visit Taitung for Consular Services

Representatives of the American Institute in Taiwan – Kaohsiung Branch Office will be in Taitung City, on Thursday morning, June 2, 2011, to provide notary, consular report of birth abroad (CRBA), U.S. passport, and additional passport pages services. These services will be provided at the Taitung National Immigration Agency Service Center located at 95, Chang-Sha Street, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

Please check our website, http://kaohsiung.ait.org.tw/en/consular-service.html, to obtain application forms and related information on what is required for you to bring in order for us to perform these services. Please also bring an A-4 sized photocopy of your passport and photo I.D. Please prepare an envelope with NT$50.00 postage for us to mail back your passport or CRBA.
