AIT American Citizen Services Officer to Visit Penghu for Consular Services

Representatives of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) - Kaohsiung Branch Office will be in Penghu on Wednesday afternoon, March 24, 2010, to provide notary, consular report of birth abroad (CRBA), U.S. passport, and additional passport pages services. 

The AIT representative will be at the Donuts Coffee Shop, located at 12, Zhong Zheng Road, Makung City, Penghu County, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. 

Please check our website, www.ait.org.tw, to obtain application forms and related information on what is required for you to bring in order for us to perform these services.  Please bring an A-4 sized photocopy of your passport and photo I.D.  In addition, please prepare an envelope with NT$50.00 postage for us to mail back your passport or CRBA.
