AIT Commercial Section and UL Taiwan Team up to Promote "Certified Quality Associate" Seminar

For three days in November (November 10-12, 2008) the Commercial Section of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Taiwan will co-host a seminar to allow local business managers and administrators an opportunity to become a Certified Quality Associates (CQA).

For the first time in Taiwan, the 18-hour CQA course will focus on improving the quality management skills of Taiwan business leaders, including quality control managers, team leaders, project managers, and management trainee candidates. Upon successful completion of the course and two-hour certification exam, the trainees will possess the basic knowledge of quality management and understand how to apply their newly learned techniques to their daily jobs and to improve their performance.

Business quality has traditionally been one of the essential factors in maintaining a competitive edge in a dynamic business environment.  Managers or administrators must embrace the concept of quality management in order to deliver superb products and services, which leads to a higher business quality and image.  Specific details of the CQA seminar are as follows:
