Mason Yu Takes Position as Deputy Branch Chief and Economic and Consular Section Chief at AIT Kaohsiung Branch Office
Mason Yu began serving as the Deputy Branch Chief and the Economic and Consular Chief of AIT-Kaohsiung in June 2008.
He joined the Foreign Service in July 2001 and has most recently served at the U.S. Consulate in Shanghai as a Consular and Economic Officer. He has also served at the US Embassy in Singapore.
Mr. Yu graduated from the University of Washington in 2000 with a double major in Political Science and Mass Communications and is fluent in Mandarin.
