USA Pavilion Food Taipei 2007 Taipei World Trade Center June 21-24, 2007

PR0734E | Date: 2007-06-15

The American Institute in Taiwan's Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) is proud to introduce the USA Pavilion at the 2007 Taipei International Food Show, the most diversified and exciting USA Pavilion ever presented.  This year, the USA Pavilion will contain 52 booth-exhibitors representing 30 companies and trade associations.  These booths will display a wide variety of high-quality food products, including wine, beef, poultry, dairy, citrus fruits, eggs, beverages, potatoes, processed foods and organic food products.

AIT warmly welcomes Taiwan food industry executives, importers, retailers, and media representatives to visit the USA Pavilion to review the products, attend the record number of professional seminars and enjoy our business center fitted with treated US Southern Yellow Pine. This event is your chance to see what will be seen on grocers' shelves, on restaurant menus and in manufactured food products in the near future. Please stop by and see us!

Taiwan is the 6th largest market in the world for U.S. agricultural products.  In 2006, Taiwan imported more than $9 billion worth of agricultural products - more than 30 percent of which came from the United States.  It is a relationship in which both sides benefit significantly, and a partnership that we look forward to continuing and growing over the long term.
