AIT Commercial Section's First-Ever New Products USA 2005 Catalog Exhibition to Be Held in Taichung to Assist Taiwan Companies Partner with American Business

The Commercial Section of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) and the Taichung Importers and Exporters Chamber of Commerce (TIECC) are jointly organizing the first New Products USA 2005 Catalog Exhibition to ever be held by AIT in Taichung.  The event will take place September 20, 2005, at the Evergreen Laurel Hotel.

LOCATION:  Evergreen Laurel Hotel, Evergreen Ballroom, B2 Level

Business visitors, including importers and manufacturers, can view the catalogs and video presentations of approximately 150 American exporters from 32 states. The products will cover a broad range of innovative industrial, commercial, medical and consumer applications.

Representatives from the U.S. Department of Commerce and three U.S. state offices (Florida, South Carolina and Oklahoma) will help central Taiwan area firms develop business partnerships with American suppliers as agents, distributors and/or buyers.   In addition, SeeAmerica.org will present business and recreational travel information as part of two morning and afternoon seminars explaining the online resources and business matchmaking services available to Taiwan buyers by AIT's Commercial Section.  Information on visas for business and tourism will also be offered.
