U.S. Trade Delegation to Visit Taiwan July 20-22
Mr. Charles W. Freeman III, Assistant U.S. Trade Representative For China Affairs, is making his first visit to Taiwan as head of a U.S. trade delegation. The delegation will arrive in Taiwan July 20 for a two-day visit, and is pleased to have this opportunity to meet Taiwan's new officials in charge of trade and economic affairs.
Mr. Freeman looks forward to working with Taiwan to resolve bilateral trade issues and hearing Taiwan's proposals on how best to resume the Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA) talks.
