Press Release
Great American Food Pavilion at Food Taipei 2004 Taipei World Trade Center June 17-20, 2004
PR0431E | Date: 2004-06-15
The American Institute in Taiwan's Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) is proud to announce that we have organized the largest USA Pavilion ever for the 2004 Taipei International Food Show.
This year, exhibitors in a 74-booth USA Pavilion represent 43 companies and display a wide range of quality food products, including dairy items, potato products, wines, processed foods, organic fare, and more.
In 2003, Taiwan imported $8.3 billion worth of agricultural products - 33 percent of which came from the United States. In fact, Taiwan is the 6th largest market in the world for U.S. agricultural goods. It is a mutually beneficial relationship, and a partnership that we look forward to further developing over the long term.
AIT warmly invites Taiwan food industry executives, importers, retailers, and media representatives to visit the USA Pavilion. This event is your chance to see what will soon be on grocers' shelves and on restaurant menus near you. Please stop by and see us!
In conjunction with the Food Show, there will be a series of special seminars presented by USA Pavilion exhibitors at the World Trade Center. We also invite you to attend one or more the following seminars:
