AIT Announcement of Delegation To Taiwan Presidential Inauguration

The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is pleased to announce that it has organized a delegation representing the American people to attend the May 20 inauguration of Taiwan President-elect Chen Shui-bian. The delegation will be led by Representative Jim Leach (R-Iowa). Representative Leach is the Chairman of the Subcommittee on East Asian and Pacific Affairs of the Committee on International Relations.
