the American Institute in Taiwan Celebrates International Education Week
The second annual International Education Week has been declared in the United States for November 12-16, 2001. The American Institute in Taiwan joins U.S. organizations worldwide in this year's celebration of international education and exchange.
On Tuesday, November 13, 2001, 7:00 p.m., Mr. Carl DeAngelis, associate director, Fulbright and Academic Services Division, International Institute of Education, will present a lecture on "How to Choose an ESL Program in the United States" at the Taipei City Library. The library's address is 125, Chien Kuo South Road, Section II, Taipei.
Mr. DeAngelis will lecture again on Wednesday, November 14, 2001, 2:30 p.m. at the American Culture Center on "Professional Development Programs in the United States for English Teachers". The center is located at 54, Nan Hai Road, Taipei.
