AIT Announces New Services for Taiwan Importers Demonstration of Usa Sources to Be Held at Planet Hollywood on July 4
The American Institute in Taiwan's Commercial Section is pleased to announce upgraded functionality for the USA Sources web site, an all-Chinese language resource of product information that helps Taiwan buyers and importers find U.S. sources of supply. The revamped web site, at www.usasources.org, features new functions including keyword search in Chinese and logon services for Taiwan members. Membership is free to Taiwan purchasing managers, importing companies, and corporate buyers. USA Sources is operated jointly by the American Institute in Taiwan Commercial Section, the American State Offices Association, and a number of the trade offices established by U.S. states in Taiwan.
Changes to the look and feel of the site are also designed to coincide with the worldwide launch of BuyUSA.com, the U.S. Department of Commerce's new electronic marketplace launched last week in partnership with IBM. USA Sources serves as the Chinese-language affiliate of BuyUSA.com

Taiwanweb Tech will host the site for the next three years. On July 4, a demonstration of the upgraded USA Sources web site will be held at Planet Hollywood in Warner Village.
