U.S. NTSB Chairman Hall Cancels Visit to Taiwan

U.S. National Transportation Safety Board Chairman James Evan Hall will cancel his scheduled visit to Taiwan between Feb. 18 and 20, 2000. Chairman Hill regrets that he is unable to come to Taiwan due to the recent Alaskan airlines crash and ongoing investigation.
