Speaking in Chinese, AIT Spokesman Christopher Kavanagh used a PowerPoint presentation to introduce U.S. democracy, history and culture to a group of 60 students at Taipei's Shih Hsin University on November 19. The students found the AIT officer's Chinese presentation easy to understand, and they actively participated in discussions with him on a variety of topics, including U.S. elections, education system, politics and movies after the presentation.
